Analytics and site measurement
Lenormand Deck may use Google Tag Manager and analytics technologies to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics events may include page views, reading-flow events, browser or device information, approximate location, referring pages, and interaction events such as starting a reading or drawing cards.
Online readings
If you use an online reading tool, the question you enter, selected spread, and drawn cards may be sent to the reading API so an interpretation can be generated. Avoid entering names, addresses, passwords, medical details, legal details, financial account information, emergency information, or other highly sensitive personal data.
Accounts and payments
Lenormand Deck does not provide user accounts or collect payment-card details through an on-site checkout. The optional advanced report uses a hosted PayPal payment page. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms; this site receives only the transaction reference that you submit for manual payment review.
Advanced report requests
If you request an advanced report, the PayPal transaction reference, question, context, time horizon, chosen numbers, deterministic calculation record, report content, payment-review status, timestamps, and hashed access key are stored to prevent duplicate redemption, prepare and review the report, deliver it through the private key, handle payment or refund questions, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The server shows the plain access key once and does not store it in plain text. To reduce accidental loss, the report page attempts to save the key in this browser's local storage on the current device; it is sent back to the server only when you use it to retrieve the report. You can remove it with the “Forget key on this device” control or by clearing site data. Avoid names, addresses, account details, medical records, legal documents, or other highly sensitive information. You may request deletion, subject to payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and legal retention requirements.
Third-party services
The site may rely on third-party infrastructure, analytics, and interpretation services to operate pages and online reading tools. Those services may process technical data needed to deliver pages, measure usage, or return a reading response.
Use boundaries
Readings are for learning, reflection, and entertainment. They should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency support.
